Welcome to Karry's natural birdhouses. I've chosen to draw a bird's natural environment such as leaves, branches, twigs, and vines. The holes for these birdhouses are roughly 1 1/4" diameter for smaller birds such as finches and can easily be enlarged for larger birds. I also drill smaller holes in the bottom and top of each birdhouse for drainage and ventilation. The exterior of each birdhouse is sprayed with varnish to seal the design and protect the gourd from the elements. Each birdhouse is fitted with heavy gauge wire for easy hanging.
